Privacy at MN Booth
A plain-language explanation of the information this website uses and the choices available to you.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Information you provide
When you request availability, MN Booth collects the contact and event information you choose to submit. This can include your name, email address, optional phone number and contact preference, event date and type, venue city or ZIP code, start and end time, approximate guest count, booth or service, package, one selected template or backdrop, and any notes or add-ons.
How we use inquiry information
We use this information to check availability, prepare and confirm a quote, answer questions, plan a booked event, send an inquiry confirmation, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and keep an operational record of our communication. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking or payment.
Website analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics to understand general site use and interactions such as page views and calls-to-action. Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers. MN Booth does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, event dates, locations, notes, or other form contents to analytics.
Cloudflare and email delivery
The availability form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and a Cloudflare Worker to validate submissions. Valid inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 before email delivery is attempted. The stored record includes the submitted form information and limited technical metadata such as the source page, site origin, browser user-agent string, submission status, and Turnstile verification metadata. MN Booth does not store the full connecting IP address in D1, although Cloudflare and Turnstile process network information when handling and verifying the request.
Resend delivers the inquiry notice to MN Booth and the confirmation email to you. Those messages contain the details needed to identify and respond to the inquiry.
Photos and galleries
Depending on the selected package, event photos may be delivered through an online gallery or a private file-sharing link. MN Booth also displays selected event and setup images on this website and social media as portfolio examples. If you do not want photos from your event shared publicly, tell us before the event or contact us afterward. We will honor removal requests for material we control.
How long information is kept
MN Booth has not yet adopted a fixed retention period for website inquiries or event records. Information may remain in operational systems until it is reviewed or a deletion request is completed. We will update this page when a formal schedule is established.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information or request removal of a photo controlled by MN Booth. Some records may need to be retained when required for an active booking, payment, dispute, or legal obligation. You can also limit analytics through your browser or a supported content blocker.
Contact
For a privacy or deletion request, email info@mnbooth.com. Please describe the inquiry, event, or photo clearly enough for us to locate it without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
