How do I book MN Booth?

Booking MN Booth is a straightforward process. Start by sending an email to info@mnbooth.com or messaging on Facebook with your details, confirm availability and payment, and finalize event details closer to the date.

Why is a $50 non-refundable deposit required?

The $50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin designing your custom template.

What type of photo booth do you provide?

We provide an Open Air Photo Booth for various events.

How much do your packages cost?

Please refer to our Packages page for the latest pricing.

How much space is required to set up your photo booth?

We require a space of approximately 10ft x 10ft and access to an electrical outlet.

How does your Photo Booth work?

An assistant operates the booth, encouraging guests to enjoy and providing help when needed.

When do you set up your photo booth?

We set up 30-60 minutes in advance, but can adjust based on your needs.

What size photo prints do you offer?

We offer 2x6 and 4x6 inch photo prints. Currently, we do not offer other sizes.

Do you accommodate outdoor events?

We prefer indoor events, but outdoor events may be possible with additional costs.

How will I receive my digital copies?

We upload your photos to Dropbox and provide a private link for access.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Check our Packages page for the latest discounts.

Will you share my photos on your Facebook Page?

We can share your photos with your permission, but respect requests for privacy.

What kind of backdrop do you provide?

We offer a variety of backdrops. See our Backdrops page for options.

If I have my own backdrop, can you use it?

Yes, we can use your backdrop. We’ll ensure it fits our setup.

What kind of events does your photo booth cover?

We cover weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more.

We travel within a 25-mile radius of Minneapolis free of charge. Additional fees may apply beyond that.

Are there any cancellation fees?

No cancellation fees, but the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Facebook Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Square.

What does 'Unlimited Prints' mean?

Unlimited Prints means each guest receives a print. Additional copies are available for a fee.

When can my guests receive their prints?

Guests receive prints immediately after each photo shoot.

Does MN Booth charge sales tax?

Yes, but sales tax is included in our package pricing.

Yes, we have General Liability Insurance and can provide a Certificate upon request.

I had MN Booth for my wedding and they did such a fabulous job at answering all my questions and concerns through FB messaging. Their customer service is 100% friendly and fast response. Meng was the attendant for our photo booth on our wedding day, he dressed the part, even came in pink to match our wedding theme color and had a smile and positive attitude throughout! They are locally owned and such wonderful people to work with. My wedding had around 300-350 guests. All my guests complimented about the photo booth and how awesome it was. If I ever have a big party again in the future, I will definitely hire them again. We went with their premium package with included unlimited photo. They were able to customize the size to our liking as well as offered lots design templates.
